SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please allow us 1-5 days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business days. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may take an additional 2 business days to be processed. 
We do not take responsibility for custom fees encountered during international shipping.
Please be aware that we are sending products from Bolivia and that the term “working days”, or “business days” takes into account Bolivian public holidays.

Shipping cost are calculated once you fill the form and order.
SHIPPING TIMES
Depending on your location, you will receive your order within different timeframes.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order has not arrived and its estimated time for arrival has passed, please contact us with your order number to this email address: myorder@moradobolivia.com 
RETURNS / CHANGES
Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us.
Because of that, Morado Global is pleased to accept unused, unwashed (when it comes to clothes) or defective merchandise for refund or exchange when items are returned within 30 days (with original hanging tags attached). Your refund for returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method.
Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable. No additional shipping charges will apply in any exchange order if the merchandise is of equal or lesser weight.
Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
When it comes to furniture, please contact our sales department in order to check with them what is exactly the problem and how can we solve it for you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@moradobolivia.com.
